In the distinguished presence of Her Excellency Prof. Marie Bashir AC CVO, Governor of New South Wales. The Joan Sutherland Society is proud to present this Gala Tribute to Maestro Richard Bonynge in celebration and recognition of his 80th Birthday and outstanding contribution to the world of opera. This special fund-raising concert will be staged in the beautiful City Recital Hall at Angel Place in Sydney. Leading Operatic Stars will share the stage with recent JSS Award Winners and Grant recipients performing the repertoire for which Maestro Bonynge is worldly renowned.

Accompanied by Australia's leading pianist Sharolyn Kimmorley AM and hosted by Moffatt Oxenbould AM, this night-to-remember will be a chance for the artists and public to say Thank you in the presence of Maestro Richard Bonynge AO, CBE.
