There are no study grants available at this time.

From timt to time The Joan Sutherland Society awards a number of Study Grants to help emerging young singers with voice lessons, vocal coaching, course fees and/or languages courses either here in Australia or overseas. Since 2002 forty-nine study grants have been awarded. Please see below for details of past recipients. We have recently re-structured the way in which these Grants are awarded in the hope of making it possible for all young singers to have the opportunity to apply for these annual Grants.

Please download the necessary forms and read the Rules and Regulations carefully before applying for a Study Grant.
Recipient/s will be advised in writing with the results posted on our website approximately one month after the closing date for entries.

The decision of the adjudicators is final and no discussions will be entered into regarding the results.
